Products and Product Information

Jose Ricardo Jewelry offers fine jewelry, including chains, bracelets, rings, pendants, necklaces, and jewelry sets.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product photos, descriptions, dimensions, weights, colors, karat values, and prices. However, minor variations may occur because of screen settings, lighting, handcrafted details, manufacturing variations, or product updates.

Unless otherwise stated, weights, measurements, and dimensions are approximate. Product images may be enlarged to show detail and may not represent actual size. Please carefully review all product specifications before placing an order.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax, shipping fees, and other charges will be displayed at checkout before you submit your order.

We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, product descriptions, availability, promotions, or other information. If an error affects your order, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it or guarantee availability.

Orders and Acceptance

When you submit an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected item or items. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Jose Ricardo Jewelry may accept, refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, inability to verify payment or shipping information, suspected resale activity, or a violation of these Terms.

We may contact you to request additional information before processing or shipping an order. If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method when applicable.

Payment Options and Third-Party Providers

Jose Ricardo Jewelry may offer payment options through third-party payment, installment, financing, lease-to-own, or buy-now-pay-later providers.

The availability of any payment option is subject to the provider’s independent approval process, eligibility requirements, and terms. Jose Ricardo Jewelry does not make approval decisions, does not guarantee approval, and does not determine the terms, fees, payment schedule, interest rate, lease terms, or other conditions offered by a third-party provider.

If you choose a third-party payment option, you may be redirected to or presented with the provider’s application, disclosures, privacy policy, and customer agreement. You are responsible for reviewing those documents before accepting an offer or completing your transaction.

Any payment plan, financing agreement, installment arrangement, or lease-to-own agreement is solely between you and the applicable third-party provider. Questions regarding approval, account status, payment due dates, fees, refunds, cancellations, or agreement terms must be directed to that provider.

If a refund is approved for an order paid through a third-party provider, Jose Ricardo Jewelry will submit the refund to the original payment method. The provider is responsible for applying the refund according to its own policies and agreement terms.

Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You authorize Jose Ricardo Jewelry and its payment processors to charge the total amount displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and authorized adjustments. If payment cannot be authorized or verified, we may delay, cancel, or refuse the order.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs processing, payment verification, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Jose Ricardo Jewelry is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments caused by inaccurate customer-provided address information.

Please inspect packages promptly after delivery and contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, special-order, clearance, and final-sale items may not be eligible for return or refund except as required by applicable law or when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Jewelry Care and Use

Jewelry should be handled with care. Normal wear, accidental damage, loss, theft, improper storage, exposure to chemicals, alterations performed by third parties, or damage caused by misuse are not manufacturing defects.

We recommend removing jewelry before swimming, exercising, bathing, sleeping, applying fragrances or lotions, or engaging in activities that may damage the item.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including product photos, descriptions, logos, graphics, text, trademarks, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Jose Ricardo Jewelry and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.
