Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, an item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, documents, and included materials.

To start a return, email jaro901107@gmail.com with your order number, full name, and reason for the return. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Custom, personalized, engraved, or resized jewelry
  • Special-order items
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Items altered, repaired, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging or required documentation

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless Jose Ricardo Jewelry sent an incorrect, defective, or damaged item. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Jose Ricardo Jewelry is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged during transit.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether the refund is approved or denied. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.

For orders paid through a third-party payment provider, installment provider, financing provider, or lease-to-own provider, we will submit the refund to the original payment method. The provider is responsible for applying the refund to your account according to its own policies, agreement terms, and processing timelines.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights available under applicable federal or Florida law.
